RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

 

At Teddy Blake, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handbags. Every handbag is carefully crafted, and to maintain its integrity and unused condition, we include a handle protection as an essential feature. This protection must not be removed. If the handle protection is removed, the product will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. This policy ensures that we maintain the high standards of our products while protecting both you and our brand.

 

We understand that sometimes the product may not be the perfect fit for you. That's why we are pleased to offer FREE returns on unused products within 14 days from the delivery date.

 

If you wish to exchange an item, we want to make sure that you get the Teddy Blake handbag that’s best for you. We are happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of product receipt, as stated on the tracking information. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at help@teddyblake.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

  • Teddy Blake cannot be held accountable for packages lost during the return or exchange process. Customers are encouraged to submit a delivery receipt to help@teddyblake.com and can purchase additional insurance for their returns.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order within 5 days of receipt and inspection.
