As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. It then takes 1-3 business days to process your order, after which we will ship your parcel.  Please make sure you are certain of the product specifications, as all orders placed are final. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS or UPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS), UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS). We will NOT refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.  
Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS), UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.
2. If you live outside the US, please consider that Taxes and Duties of your country are not included, and you may be subject to pay Taxes and Duties when receiving our shipment. (check your local rates for more details).
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
